Thanks for the info sir. I’m glad to see lacrosse drawing some interest in the high school ranks. I have seen no coverage of this in the local media, unfortunately. Looks like the state championships will be held next weekend, my interest is piqued in checking that out now.

I agree WVU should have a lacrosse team. It’s a growing sport at the high school level. This year WV will crown it’s 1st state lacrosse champion. Lacrosse in WV is fast growing last year 4 high schools added the sport and another 3 more this year. If you are interested in WV lacrosse please check the website laxinwv.com.

I don’t really have a problem with Hogan at QB but then what do you do with Brown, they’re already trying to find some way to get him on the field. Not to mention Starks who seems to be for real, and Russell. Our depth at offensive skill positions is incredible.

I’ve been perusing the West Virginia message boards and blogs this past week (this Xavier team has literally consumerd me this past season) and I’ve noticed most WVU fans just don’t realize how much we X fans hate Bob Huggins. Most of us HATE him and UC. It’s a huge game and rivalry for us. Although, I do admit the game probably means a bit more to Xavier than it does to UC. They tend to look down on us as a “little brother” type, which of course only goes to infuriate us more. Anyways, just wanted to make sure more Mountaineer fans knew that. Obviously, the chance to go to the elite trumps all of what I just said.
